Forgotten Stars and The April Fool have been selected as finalists in the Virgina Indpendent Film Festival in the feature and short category, respectively. The festival is sponsored by the Virginia Film Office and will take place on April 26th at the Byrd Theater in Richmond. The April Fool is one of seven shorts which begin playing at 12:30 p.m. Forgotten Stars is one of three features and which begin playing at 3:30 p.m. Come support independent filmmaking and BrainCo!

The April Fool

Watch BrainCo's award-Winning entry into the 48 Hour Film Project. Conceived, written,shot and edited, from 7pm Friday, June 15h to 7pm Sunday, June 17th, "The April Fool" was given the following awards:

  • Winner, Audience Choice, 48 Hour Film Project
  • Winner, Hunter Thomas, Best Director, 48 Hour Film Project
  • 1st Runner-up for Best Film, 48 Hour Film Project

Access Duquesne

Access Duquesne is a trailer for a sitcom in development and has been submitted to Comedy Central's Test Pilot Contest. The winner's pilot will air on Comedy Central and will be featured on comedycentral.com and AtomFilms. Voting begins on July 24.
